THE All about Eve may change product descriptions and prices without prior notice. Prices are in Euros, include VAT (24%) and do not include shipping costs. The customer is charged according to the prices of the ordered products at the time of ordering, regardless of any changes up to the time of delivery.

THE All about Eve works with her PayPal for making payments. Through the PayPal , you can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards and bank accounts. Her system PayPal is an international and widespread payment system that secures your personal and financial information during online transactions. Upon entering your order, the system takes you to its online page PayPal , where you will be asked for your credit card details or – if you already have an account PayPal- the details of the bill, if you choose to use it for your transaction. THE PayPal processes payments and charges the total amount of your purchase (including shipping costs) to your credit card or account PayPal that you stated. Personal financial information is not available and is not stored by www.allabouteve.gr
Upon completion of the order, either by payment via PayPal or choosing cash on delivery, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a detailed description of your order.

H All about Eve enables you to receive or send your orders to a different address than the one you have set as the shipping address. If you would like us to ship your order to an address other than the billing address, simply fill in the appropriate fields on the order form with the delivery address information. The shipment will be accompanied by all the documents required by law (receipt and delivery note). If you wish that the recipient of your order does not receive the payment details, please indicate this (in the notes field) while also providing us with the shipping address of the receipt.

For shipments weighing up to 2kg in Attica, the cost is €2. From €39 and above, shipping is free. But in case the weight exceeds 2kg, the fee amounts to €0.90 per extra kilo.

In the rest of Greece, shipments weighing up to 2kg cost €2.50. From €39 and shipping is free. But in case the weight exceeds 2kg, the fee amounts to €0.90 per extra kilo.

Orders are dispatched by All about Eve as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days after the order date (unless the items ordered are not available, in which case availability and dispatch time are clearly stated in the product description). For shipments within Greece, orders are sent through the partner courier company. Delivery time within Greece is usually between 2-3 working days, depending on the delivery address. The partner courier company receives and delivers Monday to Friday. During peak periods or in cases of particularly bad weather, delivery may take longer than estimated. THE All about Eve is not responsible for delays by the courier company or due to other external factors.

MISSIONS TO CYPRUS

Up to 2kg shipments to Cyprus cost €5.50. In case the weight exceeds 2 kg, the fee amounts to €0.75 per additional kg and up to 5 kg.

For orders outside Greece, the cash on delivery option is not supported.

The shipping time of your order can take up to 10 working days from the day of completion of the order.

*Shipping times may change due to unpredictable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, etc.

If you wish to send a gift through her All about Eve , we will be happy to send your order as a gift. Gifts include special gift packaging and are sent to the address specified as the shipping address. You can accompany your gift with a personal message which we will include in the final package. In order for us to send your order as a gift, you must make the relevant selection on the order form and include the recipient's address and details. The shipment will be accompanied by all the documents required by law (receipt and delivery note). If you wish that the recipient of your order does not receive the payment details, please indicate this (in the notes field) while also providing us with the shipping address of the receipt. If the recipient of the gift wishes to return it, they can follow the Return and Exchange procedures described below.

For us at All about Eve it is very important that you are satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you change your mind, you can cancel your order, as long as it has not been delivered to the courier company. Once your order has been delivered, you can return products within 10 working days from the time of delivery (within 10 days we must have received the items to be returned). Returns received after this time limit can only be accepted at All about Eve's discretion. All returned products must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. They should retain their original packaging, be unused and include any accessories, user guides, documents they had when received. It is important to know that products on sale cannot be returned. Returned products must be sent to All about Eve with a courier company. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund but will be happy to offer you an equal credit towards future purchases, within a 12 month period (after this period the credit can – on request – be renewed). Items selected instead of those being returned will be shipped after the returned products have been received by us. The shipping cost of the returns is covered by the customer, while the All about Eve undertakes the shipping cost of the products selected instead of those returned. In case of defective products or wrong shipment (discrepancy of order and final shipment), simply inform us at info@allabouteve.gr and we will be happy to arrange the return of the wrong product and the resending of the correct one, at no additional cost.
