Written return and refund policy

For us at All about Eve it is very important that you are satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you change your mind, you can cancel your order, as long as it has not been delivered to the courier company.

Once your order has been delivered, you can return products within 10 working days from the time of delivery (within 10 days we must have received the items to be returned). Returns received after this time limit can only be accepted at All about Eve's discretion.

All returned products must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. They should retain their original packaging, be unused and include any accessories, user guides, documents they had when received. It is important to know that products on sale cannot be returned.

Returned products must be sent to All about Eve by courier. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return them to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund but will be happy to offer you an equal credit towards future purchases, within a 12 month period (after this period the credit can – on request – be renewed).

Items selected instead of those being returned will be shipped after the returned products have been received by us. The shipping cost of returns is covered by the customer, while All about Eve bears the shipping cost of the products selected instead of those returned.

In case of defective products or wrong shipment (discrepancy of order and final shipment), just let us know at info @ allabouteve . gr and we will be happy to arrange the return of the wrong product and the resending of the correct one at no extra cost.
